Aikido of Santa Cruz
Welcome to our website. Aikido of Santa Cruz is a non-profit, public benefit, educational organization. We welcome people of any race, nationality, ethnic background, gender, sexual orientation, or religion. Our Chief Instructor is Linda Holiday Sensei (6th Dan).
We have been providing Aikido instruction in Santa Cruz since 1982 under the name of North Bay Aikido, and as of 2005 under the new name of Aikido of Santa Cruz. Our instructors have developed a highly respected program of Aikido training for adults and children.
As Aikido draws on inner strength rather than physical strength, it is accessible to people of all ages and body types. Women and men train together in an atmosphere of mutual respect and support.
Please see our Events page for announcements about workshops and events at Aikido of Santa Cruz. |
